W 041 Yield Ahead
The W 041 Yield Ahead sign should be provided where the Yield sign cannot be seen for the recommended clear visibility distance in advance of the junction, a W 041, should be provided to warn of the hidden junction. These signs should only be used where considered necessary as it is preferable to provide the required visibility to the Stop or Yield sign.
W 041 signs should only be used in conjunction with a Supplementary Plate P 001 showing the distance to the junction.
