Our signage products are manufactured to order and are non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described.

Ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging along with the invoice.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent lost items.

If an item is received faulty or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement, including shipping costs.
4. Delivery Issues and Failed Delivery Charges
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive goods on the scheduled delivery date. Failed delivery may incur additional redelivery or storage fees in the following cases:
- Inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
- No access to the delivery site or refusal of delivery.
- No unloading facilities on-site (for pallet shipments).
We do not accept responsibility for late or missed deliveries.

We only offer a warranty on our Permanent Traffic Signs range. Warranty details can be found on the product specification.
