Passively Safe Sign Supports

Rennicks offer a range of passively safe sign supports posts and masts which provide a safe and stable support structure for mounting a traffic sign. These supports are suitable for a wide range of sizes of sign – from the smallest, right up to the largest Advance Directional Sign.

Passively safe supports are crash-tested and certified to EN12767 and are available in a range of sizes and lengths. They can be used on high-speed carriageways to mount traffic signs without the need for safety barrier protection. Their unique breakaway and energy absorbing qualities minimise injury to vehicle occupants in the event of a collision and contribute greatly to enhancing road safety.
